Black Lace Dress

On sunday afternoon I took some pictures of my beloved lace dress that I wanted to show you since I started the blog a few weeks ago. I actually wanted to do this some posts ago when I wore this dress at a soiree, but the photos that were snapped then are actually of poor quality. That's why I decided to put on this dress on Sunday afternoon. I designed this dress for me last year, as designing is another passion of mine.

Saturday Evening

On Saturday evening we went out for dinner and on the way to the restaurant I took some pictures for you. It was the first evening with temperatures over zero degrees, so I decided to wear some open 

high heels. Actually I had to learn that it was still quite cold outside, but beauty knows no pain.

My Sister's Birthday

A few days ago we celebrated my sister's 20th Birthday! We had a family lunch in the countryside, which was very delicious and in the afternoon we had a little celebration within the family circle with birthday-cake and coffee at home . I really love quality time spent within the family circle! It was such a perfect day! I actually was wearing high heels, but as we went for a walk after lunch I changed them to Uggs.

Inside my bag

What do you always carry with you in your handbag? 

 Men often ask this very question if they pick up our handbag. So what do we all carry around with us in our bags? For me the most important things are definitely my iPhone, my sunglasses, a lip balm, lipstick / lipgloss, chewing gums and some handkerchiefs. Well, I always end up putting much more stuff in my bag!

Sunday at the lake

Last Sunday my boyfriend and I decided to go for an amble at the beautiful nearby lake Wörthersee. It was such a mystical atmosphere there as the lake is still frozen over and it was just before sunset. As we went for a walk I wasn't wearing any stylish shoes at all, I just chose my beige UGG Boots.

I'm in love with the YSL-Spring Beauty Collection 2012 - CANDY FACE!

A few posts ago I talked about the pink/orange nail varnish duo already and promised to write a post about this gorgeous Yves Saint Laurent Collection by Lloyed Simmonds.

 When I first saw the collection a few weeks ago at a parfumery I immideately fell in love with it. Lloyed Simmonds used wonderful fresh and expressive colours that are perfect for spring and summer. These colours definitely put you into a good spring mood during the last, still quite cold, winter days. I couldn't resist and bought the Limited Edition Manucure Couture Duo No.8 the Rouge Volupte Sheer Candy No.9 and I'm going to buy the Limited Edition Ombres 5 Lumieres No 113. This 5 shades eye palette combines really nice pastel hues that reminde me of summer and ice cream parlours.The Manucure Duo No.8 consists of two bright colours.
The manderin orange varnish to be used as the basecoat, and a fresh bubblegum pink to be used on the tips. I haven't used the varnish in this combination yet but I'm going to do this very soon, for sure.

This YSL spring look definitely brings colour to your face that's sweet enough to eat!
