MODERN SPRING PRINCESS - CANNELING MY INNER CARRIE BRADSHAW

Since I've seen the famous Sex and the City episode where Carrie wears this gorgeous pale tiffany blue tulle skirt, I wanted to wear such a skirt.  One of the first things that come to my mind when I think of Carrie Bradshaw is tulle, tulle, tulle and even more tulle and of course all the amazing dresses and skirts. So guess what  was my first thought when I saw this stunning skirt by Katrin Kafka ;) 

Well, this skirt definitelly isn't an everyday piece and there might only be a few occasions to wear it, but alone because of that exceedingly great feeling wearing this piece, it's so worth its salt. 

Ah I can tell you guys, I had so much fun shooting this look and channeling my inner Carrie Bradshaw.

NEON COLORS to brighten up my day

A few days ago I needed to brighten up my day with colorful clothes. After the sun came out more often and temperatures started to rise, I thought spring is here - well, we all have been disabused today, as winter is back as lively as a few weeks ago ;( 

At least this outfit is colorful and inspired by spring ;)

STRIPES, BRIGHT SUNNIES AND COMFY SNEAKERS

At the moment many people I follow on Instagram post those '' I miss Summer '' pictures, including myself, I really miss summer and now after all the snow has melted I wouldn't mind if spring starts tomorrow. 

Last week the weather changed and it was quite warm, definitely better conditions to take pictures outside. As the sun comes out and temperatures start to rise I immediately feel the need to wear some bright sunnies and lighter clothes. Last Thursday I decided to wear some airy trousers in ''sweatpants style'' (which I bought for my flight to NY last year and totally forgot about), paired them with a striped tee, bright sunnies and super comfy sneakers. 

Did I mention before, that I'm in love with the combination of leo pattern and stripes ?

IN THE VINEYARDS

On Friday my family and I spent a wonderful day in the vineyards between Slovenia and Italy, in the Collio Goriziano. An extraordinarily beautiful area which definitely is Slovenia's answer to Tuscany. We had lunch in a small charming ancient stone village called Brda, this small village feels somewhat separated from the rest of the world. This area definitely is worth a visit.

STARS IN THE SUN

This star-blouse was part of a post a few month ago already. I love to wear this blouse on hot summer days, due to the material and loose cut. Yesterday I wore some of my favourite sandals for the first time this summer, seems like summer is finally here! Hopefully it will stay ;)
