First snow of the season

All my Instagram followers might have seen me sporting this wonderful fur jacket from WeLoveFurs before.  

As I'm always freezing in winter, I like to wrap my body in warm, super fluffy clothes, like this wonderful jacket made of rabbit fur & raccoon. This unique jacket can either be worn in a casual way with leather pants or jeans, or in a more classy and elegant way (I'm going to show you that in a few days). 

I spent my last weekend at home, in Carinthia, where I was lucky enough to enjoy the first snow of the season. (have a look at the last picture - winter wonderland at its finest ;))

On Saturday I combined this fluffy jacket with leather pants, a burgundy red beanie, a matchy-matchy gloves and UGG boots. Well, Ugg Boots might not be the most beautiful and fashionable boots I can think of, but they are the warmest, for sure.

POLKA DOTS AND MILITARY GREEN

Pyjama style shorts are very trendy at the moment and Zara, Forever21, H&M and also high end brands are selling them like hot cakes. 

Well, I opted for polka dotted ones and love them ;) They are super comfy and due to their light fabric perfect for hot summer days.

A few days ago I opted for a simple more or less elegant black dress and combined it with my beloved  casual pink sneakers and orange jewellery.

GREY FEATHER VEST

A few days ago I rediscovered my feather vest in the depths of my wardrobe and decided to directly wear it. At the moment I'm totally obsessed with feathers in different varieties on jewellery and clothes.
 Yesterday the18thdistrict accompanied the team of the VIENNA FAHSION NIGHT at the pickup of the star guest of the this amazing event, supermodel Adriana Karembeu at Vienna International Airport. I'm looking forward to the VIENNA FASHION NIGHT tonight. The 2nd Vienna Fashion Night takes place in the heart of Vienna (all around the Graben) and more than 100 shops open their doors until 10:00 PM and allure with special offers, Limited Editions, DJs, champagne receptions and more. Along the lines of SHOPPING, PARTY, CHARITY the VFN promises a special shopping experience. This evening is also dedicated to a caritative project and by buying the Vienna Fashion Night bag you can support ''Österreichischen Herzfonds" and light a beacon for the awareness about heart disease in woman.

STARS IN THE SUN

This star-blouse was part of a post a few month ago already. I love to wear this blouse on hot summer days, due to the material and loose cut. Yesterday I wore some of my favourite sandals for the first time this summer, seems like summer is finally here! Hopefully it will stay ;)

Summer is finally here!

Summer is finally here! The sun is out, the birds are singing and Vienna seems a much happier place. I love Vienna, my adopted city, even more in spring and summer. The sun is shining, the sky is blue and life is back on the streets.
Actually I was too warmly dressed for this lovely summer weather. As hindsight always is easier than foresight, I chose a dress for today's outfit ;)
