Travel Diary - TUSCANY - Day 2

 When we travel, it's important for us to have a balance between relaxation and sightseeing. So after spending our first full day by the pool till the afternoon, we decided to visit San Gimignano in the evening. 

San Gimignano is one of the most beautiful medieval towns in Tuscany and registered in the list of Unesco's worlds cultural and natural heritage. It's also called the medieval Manhattan, because of its many tower houses, which look like ancient skyscrapers. San Gimignano is a must see in Tuscany and beside Sienna, it's definitely one of my favorite towns. 

When on holiday and sightseeing, it's important for me to dress comfortable and stylish. For this evening I chose a simple beige/black dress, a hat (my it-piece for my vacation) and my beloved Chanel bag.

ETHNO CHIC & GLITTER HEELS

A few days ago I received the most wonderful handmade bracelet from a very talented artist. 

The whole bracelet is made by hand, she used almost 5000 beads to chrochet this wonderful piece of art inspired by the famouse hipanema bracelets, which are being featured in many magazines at the moment. 

Well, I personally prefer this gorgeous bracelet as it is 100% made by hand and with love.

I decided to rock my new favorite bracelet in combination with my ethno style bag (from Lybia), a casual pair of jeans and glitter heels.

POLKA DOTS AND MILITARY GREEN

Pyjama style shorts are very trendy at the moment and Zara, Forever21, H&M and also high end brands are selling them like hot cakes. 

Well, I opted for polka dotted ones and love them ;) They are super comfy and due to their light fabric perfect for hot summer days.
