GLITTERY SUNSET AT THE ROOFTOP

It seems like summer is coming to an end over here in Austria. The perfect time to show you some more outfits and impressions of my last holiday in Italy, in the next few days. Again our rooftop was the perfect location for a quick outfit shooting at set of sun. I dressed down my half glittery and half transparent jumpsuit with a pair of sandals and chose edgy sunglasses to finish off this casual, yet very chic look.

TRAVEL DIARY - from SIENA with love ♥

Siena definitely is one of the most beautiful cities in Italy. This wonderful city is full of unique architectural treasures, from the famous Piazza del Campo (you can see in the picture above), which is shell-shaped to the wonderful Duomo (Sienna Cathedral), which is the most beautiful building I've ever seen. You all might have heard of the famous Palio di Sienna, a traditional medieval horse race run which takes place twice each year around the Piazza del Campo (on the 2nd of July and the 18th of August). This horse race is said to be one of the most dangerous ones and after seeing the shell-shaped Campo, I now can imagine how brutal this horse race must be for the riders and horses.

Travel Diary - TUSCANY - Day 2

When we travel, it's important for us to have a balance between relaxation and sightseeing. So after spending our first full day by the pool till the afternoon, we decided to visit San Gimignano in the evening.

San Gimignano is one of the most beautiful medieval towns in Tuscany and registered in the list of Unesco's worlds cultural and natural heritage. It's also called the medieval Manhattan, because of its many tower houses, which look like ancient skyscrapers. San Gimignano is a must see in Tuscany and beside Sienna, it's definitely one of my favorite towns.

When on holiday and sightseeing, it's important for me to dress comfortable and stylish. For this evening I chose a simple beige/black dress, a hat (my it-piece for my vacation) and my beloved Chanel bag.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME !

As you might have noticed I celebrated my birthday last Saturday. There might be people who do not like to celebrate their birthday, but I definitely do love to celebrate my birthday with my family and friends. Well, I'm honest I like to feel special for a day or two (who doesn't love that ?!?) and have a perfect excuse to eat to much birthday cake and drink a glass of wine.

On Saturday I celebrated at home in Carinthia, at my parents place, with my family.
My Mami and my sister Florentina surprised me with the most wonderful birthday cake ever, a Chanel inspired black&white homemade cake.
Thank you so much for this heavenly surprise!
My lovely family spoiled me with gorgeous presents and made my special day more than special ;)
The past 23 years have been amazing and I truly feel blessed for everything life has brought along so far.
Birthdays always make me think about my life, and so I would love to thank my family and the love of my life for their love and support!
You make me feel special and loved, each and every day !

SUNDAY STROLL

Beanies definitely are my favourite must-have pieces this winter. My Instagram followers might have noticed already, that my new dearly beloved red beanie is my constant companion lately.

After searching for a beanie like that the past few weeks, I finally got a customized one from a very talented lady. (Check out her Instagram here).

She is thinking about starting an online store with her wonderful handmade beanies, I'm going to keep you posted ;)

Last Sunday the wonderful weather decoyed us out for Sunday stroll by the lake and we finally took some pictures with my new beanie.
